Brendan O’Leary is Lauder Professor of Political Science at the University of Pennsylvania and Fulbright Fellow to Ireland (2021-22) at the National University of Ireland—Galway. He will present the partition of Ireland in comparative perspective, paying special attention to Palestine and India.

The presentation will be followed by a discussion with Bill Rolston.
